Tim Tank's Legacy
​On January 1, 2024, Tim Tank passed away ending his 7 year battle with brain cancer. Tim's beloved Oregon Ducks beat Liberty in the Fiesta Bowl that day and then Tim peacefully passed away in the prescense of his loved ones. Tim never let brain cancer define him, he always had a positive attitue and concern for others. For those of you that knew Tim, know that his life was centered around helping others achieve their dreams. For10 years he was a high school counselor and coach in the Beaverton School District, where he encouraged, cheered and challenged students to maximize their potential. Later in his career as a financial advisor, he planned, guided and served countless families as they imagined their futures, with a special focus on college planning. He had the unique gift of walking along others, listening, encouraging and helping them build foundations for their success.

Tim gave everything in life his personal best and now it is time to pay that forward toward a high school student student athlete who has consistantly given the sport of running their pesonal best. This will allow Tim's legacy to continue though supporting a student to chase after their dreams in their next educational persuit.
