2025 OAK HILLS TURKEY TROT
November 27th - 8AM
Join us again this year at Oak Hills for the Second TIM TANK Turkey Trot, a tradition honoring the legacy of Tim Tank. Years ago, Tim revived the Turkey Trot, and this Thanksgiving, we celebrate his spirit again with this 5K walk/run event.
Your participation makes an impact! All proceeds are donated to a Beaverton High School (BSD) scholarship through a registered 501c3. All donations are tax deductible. Last spring, we handed out two scholarships to local high school seniors and look forward to doing the same this upcoming year! Let's come together to honor Tim, support the community and inspire the next generation!

Starts on NW Oak Hills Drive (next to the Rec Center) and the finish will be on NW 153rd at NW Norwich Street.
RACE DAY SUMMARY

The event will start at 8 a.m. sharp.

Bring two cans of food per adult to donate to the local food bank.

Festive attire/costumes are encouraged.

Time clock is not provided but we encourage you to keep track on your running watch or device.
EARLY BIB PICK UP
Bibs will be available prior to the race for pick up at the Oak Hills Rec Center on Wednesday, Nov 26 Noon-1pm and 6-7pm.

MORNING BIB PICK UP AND LATE SIGN UP
Race-day bib tables will open at 6:45 am at the Recreation Center. We encourage participants to avoid the lines and sign-up early online through the links above. Exact cash is appreciated for onsite registration.
FOOD DONATION
Food donation drop off will be at the upper parking lot at the Recreation Center. A Cub Scout Troop will be collect the food for a local food bank.
PARKING
Parking is limited and we encourage drivers to park at the parking lots at Oak Hills Elementary and Oak Hills Christian Reformed Church. Please carpool, walk, ride, if possible.
DOGS
Dogs are allowed but please use a shorter appropriate length leash and be mindful of passing runners. Start near the back and adjust your pacing position with care. Please also clean up after your dog.
STROLLER FRIENDLY - NO KIDS ON BIKES OR SCOOTERS PLEASE
We welcome strollers at the race, but NO SCOOTERS OR BIKES. Stroller riders do not need to be registered. Please be mindful of sharing the road with other runners. We ask that parents make sure kids don’t interfere with runners and walkers and dogs on leashes. .
